Every trade has its own idea of a busy day.
A salon losing the 8pm booking, a plumber quoting from a van, a clinic chasing no-shows - the same missed-revenue problem wearing twelve different uniforms. We start from how your sector actually runs, not from a template that assumes everyone works in an office.

Cover, no rota
Different trades,
the same four leaks.
Whatever you sell, the money tends to go missing in the same four places. Naming them is usually the fastest route to getting some of it back.
The unanswered enquiry
Someone rings while you’re mid-job, mid-appointment or closed. They don’t leave a message - they ring the next name on the list.
The slow reply
The quote goes out two days later. By then the decision is made, and the price was never really the reason you lost it.
The empty slot
A no-show or a late cancellation leaves an hour nobody fills, because nobody had time to ring down the waiting list.
The forgotten customer
Good past customers who’d happily come back, sitting in a spreadsheet nobody has opened since the last quiet month.
We’ll show you which of the four is costing you most at the free review - with your own numbers, not a case study from somebody else’s business.
Find the one that
sounds like you.
Each of these is a setup we’ve delivered more than once, so the awkward details are already worked out. Don’t see yours? It’s usually a close cousin of one below.
Restaurants & Cafés
Bookings taken at midnight, covers confirmed the morning of, and tables refilled when someone cancels.
Garages & MOT
MOT reminders that go out on time, courtesy-car scheduling, and a text the moment a car is ready.
Law Firms
Intake that qualifies before it reaches a fee earner, with conflict questions and consent captured properly.
Health Clinics
Confirmations, recalls and waiting-list fills - handled without a receptionist on the phone all morning.
Estate Agents
Portal leads answered in seconds, viewings booked into the right diary, and feedback chased automatically.
Salons & Spas
Stylist preferences remembered, deposits taken up front, and last-minute gaps offered to the waiting list.
Trades & Contractors
Missed calls texted back within a minute, ballpark quotes sent from site, and invoices that chase themselves.
Charities & CICs
Donor thank-yous that actually go out, volunteer rotas kept current, and Gift Aid details captured cleanly.
Coaches & Therapists
Discovery calls booked around your real availability, intake forms completed first, and clients gently re-engaged.
Training Providers
Course enquiries answered with dates and prices, places held, and learners nudged before each cohort starts.
Churches & Community
Event sign-ups, rota reminders and one clear announcement channel instead of four competing group chats.
Home Services
Instant online quotes, recurring visits scheduled ahead, and a card on file so payment stops being a chase.
Retail, logistics, lettings, veterinary, financial advice - if it isn’t listed, ask. The underlying work is nearly always the same shape.
Three sectors,
in a bit more detail.
What the work actually looks like once it’s running - the problem we’re solving, what we put in place, and what changed afterwards.
Trades & Contractors
Plumbers, electricians, roofers, joiners
The problem
You can’t answer a phone with your hands in a boiler. By the time you ring back at six, the customer has booked whoever picked up first - and you never even knew the job existed.
What we put in
Clinics & Practices
Dental, physio, aesthetics, private GP
The problem
An empty chair costs the same as a full one. No-shows, forgotten recalls and a reception phone that rings through morning clinic quietly take a slice out of every week.
What we put in
Charities & CICs
Small teams, big supporter lists
The problem
Two staff, four hundred supporters and a volunteer rota held together by memory. Admin quietly eats the hours that were meant for the actual cause.
What we put in
Same method,
tuned to your trade.
We don’t rebuild from scratch for every sector - that would make it slow and expensive. We keep the method fixed and change the four things that genuinely differ.
Your vocabulary
A cover, a job, a matter, a case, a session. The agent uses the words your customers use, so nothing reads like it was written by a machine that’s never met one.
Your qualifying questions
A roofer needs the property type; a clinic needs whether it’s a new patient. We agree the handful of questions that decide whether an enquiry is worth your time.
Your hand-over rules
Emergencies, complaints, anything clinical or legal - these reach a person immediately. Everything else the agent finishes on its own, and you see the transcript.
Your compliance line
Regulated sectors carry rules on records, consent and advice. We set the boundary where your regulator puts it and keep the agent well behind it.
Everything else comes as standard
What people in your
sector usually ask.
Can’t see your question? Drop us a message - we’re a real team and we’ll reply promptly.
My industry isn’t on your list - can you still help?
Almost certainly. The sectors listed are the ones we’ve done most often, not the only ones we’ll take. If your business involves enquiries, appointments or quotes, the underlying work is the same shape and we’ll tell you at the free review whether we’re genuinely a good fit.
Do you understand the regulations in my sector?
We understand where the boundaries sit for legal, healthcare, financial and charity work, and we build so the agent stays well inside them - capturing information rather than giving advice. We’re not your compliance adviser, though, so anything we’re unsure of gets agreed with you in writing before it goes live.
Will it work with the booking system we already use?
Usually. We connect to most mainstream booking, CRM and practice-management systems, and where there’s no direct integration we can often work through a calendar sync or an export. We confirm exactly what’s possible with your specific setup before you commit to anything.
We’re seasonal - is that a problem?
No, and it’s often where automation earns most. Plans are monthly, so you can scale up for your peak and back down afterwards. Several clients in landscaping, hospitality and tourism run exactly this way.
How different is the setup between sectors?
The method is identical; the wording, questions and hand-over rules change. That’s deliberate - it keeps the build quick and the price predictable while still sounding like it came from your business rather than a template.
Can you handle more than one location or brand?
Yes. Multi-site businesses can route enquiries by postcode, branch or team, with separate diaries and reporting for each while head office keeps one view across all of them. We’ll map the routing during setup.
